In times past, the term "Privy Council" was reserved for those individuals who had access to, and influence with, the reigning monarch. I have pretty much made up my mind on most matters, however, you may e-mail me in the spirit of privacy and access. I had thought to make this section a restricted, password only section, but decided against that.
