What age should you start using eye creams?

Should a teenager use eye creams? I’m 16. I live in a country which has a humid climate. I have rather thin eyelids for an Asian…you know, Asians typically have that layer of fat around their eyelids. Mine seems to be gone for quite a while.
Because of the weather, I’m afraid most eye creams will be too creamy and cause millia seeds. Any advice or ingredients to look out for?
Helinson, there is no set age to which everyone on planet earth has to follow. Everybody is different. I’m 25, and started using eye creams, and anti aging lotions by 18. My face today is baby smooth. I suggest the following first off, use a mild facial cleanser like Olay foaming. It cleanses your face without the harshness of acne cleansers. Afterwards use a good eye cream, I recommend what I use for over 4 yrs now: Extreme Eye Rescue. It’s made by Isabella Pelle. I apply it twice daily in the morning after washing my face and at night after I shower. Also make it a habit to drink min. of 3 glasses of water daily to keep skin hydrated. Hope this helps.
