anti aging skin products

So, I was foolish and spent a whopping 15 bucks on this neutrogena anti aging eye cream, like ageless restorative stuff – on accident, because I was looking for another product and was in a rush blahblahblah…
Anyway, I don’t want to waste my money so I was just going to use it as an undereye moisturizer, but I don’t have any wrinkles and I’m 18, I just wanted to know if anyone else has done this before, or could there be negative effects or anything like eye discoloration before I put in on.
I feel weird about it, like taking medicine for a flu I don’t have….

I dont think it would hurt it should just be moisturizers
